Salads are fantastic! They're like a canvas for creativity and health. From leafy greens to vibrant veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and various dressings, the possibilities are endless. Salads offer a wide range of flavors, textures, and nutrients

Salad Making Day 1

  • Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad – is a delightful combination of sweet, juicy watermelon, creamy feta cheese, and fresh herbs.

  • Pineapple and chicken Salad – is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors.

  • Corn and Cottage Cheese Salad – is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors  combines boiled sweet corn, cubed cottage cheese (paneer).

  • Fattoush Salad – is a delicious Lebanese salad enjoyed amongst all Arabs! It’s filled with greens, vegetables, tons of fresh herbs, a tangy dressing.

  • Pasta Salad – Pasta salad, known in Italian as insalata di pasta or pasta fredda, is a salad dish prepared with one or more types of pasta, almost always chilled or room temperature

  • Couscous Salad – is made with loads of fresh veggies, chickpeas, herbs, feta, pine nuts, and a zesty lemon dressing.

  • Caprese Salad – Caprese salad is an Italian salad, made of sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and sweet basil, seasoned with salt, and olive oil.

  • Russian Salad – is an easy, healthy, wholesome salad made with peas, carrots, potatoes, capsicum, french beans and eggless mayonnaise.

Salad Making Day 2

  • Mixed Green Salad – Salad greens contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium, folate, fiber, and phytonutrients

  • Mango Thai Salad – Thai mango salad is a light and refreshing meal on a hot summer’s day. It’s a truly delicious salad full of contrasting textures and flavours.

  • Green Papaya Salad : Som Tam – is a riot of fresh colours and crunchy textures, brought to life with a signature sour-sweet-savoury dressing spiked with a whack of fresh chilli.

  • Caesar Salad – This  recipe stars romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy homemade Caesar dressing.

  • Cole Slaw Salad – Can be used as a side dish or an appetizer

  • Waldorf Salad – is a fruit and nut salad generally made of celery, fresh apples, walnuts, and grapes, dressed in mayonnaise.

  • Garlic herb Potato Salad – is great warm or cold — the perfect make ahead side dish for summer barbecues, loaded with fresh herbs.

  • Kimchi Salad – It is a salad made with fermented cabbage which is called ‘Baechu’ in Korea.

  • Arugula and Pomelo (grapefruit / chakotra) Salad – baby arugula tossed in a fresh olive oil lemon dressing and topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.

Course Duration 2 days - 3 hours per day
