  • Pad Thai Noodles – a popular Thai stir-fry dish made with rice noodles, eggs, and a flavorful sauce.

  • Thai Fried Rice – Khao Pad or Khao Phat is seasoned with Thai soy sauce, fish sauce, maybe some chili, and often served with a wedge of lime, this fried rice brings out some of the elemental flavors of Thai cuisine.

  • Green Thai Curry with Sticky Rice – a Thai New Year delicacy said to bring fortune and sweetness into your life, starts with a vibrant green curry paste made from a blend of green chilies, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime and spices.
