Cooking for me started at a very young age. I vividly remember my grandmother churning out an array of dishes for my family when we used to visit her. She would seek my help invariably in clearing up the kitchen counter. I am not sure if it was help but it was always great fun .I think that these early days played a great part in creating the foundation for my passion for cooking. I still enjoy it and it’s a continuous process of combining colours, flavors and textures to produce a delicious meal to enjoy with family and friends.
My recipes are very simple yet interesting and any novice can understand the basics of cooking.. I have picked many dishes from my travel to various countries and the ingredients used in recipes are locally available everywhere now. My job at a foreign mission was also instrumental in creating a style for my presentation. There can be variations using the same ingredients if you are open to experimenting food.
I want to ensure through this baking and cooking studio that my recipes and cooking tips help students gain confidence in producing delicious and mouth watering meals.
